No-Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Nexus Bot Stream. By purchasing a subscription, upgrading your tier, or otherwise using premium features, you agree to the terms outlined in this No-Refund Policy.

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the non-returnable nature of digital goods and server-based allocations (such as Cloud Storage and Bot Instances), all payments are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds or credits for any partially used subscription periods, accidental purchases, or dissatisfaction with the provided features.

2. Subscription Modifications

If you upgrade your plan tier, the new subscription period extends your current access based on our tier logic, giving you immediate access to the enhanced features. However, downgrading your plan before the expiration date will not yield any prorated refund.

3. Support & Dispute Resolution

If you experience an issue allocating your subscription or a technical glitch causing your payment not to reflect properly on your account, please reach out to our team at [email protected]. We will manually investigate and credit your account with the appropriate purchase tier if an error originated on our end.
