1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Nexus Bot Stream ("the Service", "we", "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these terms at any time; continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

2. Description of Service

Nexus Bot Stream provides streaming overlay tools for content creators, including donation alerts, leaderboard widgets, spin and raffle wheels, subathon timers, Telegram integration, YouTube Live Chat overlays, and related features for use with OBS (Open Broadcaster Software) and similar streaming software.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the Service.
  • One account per user. Creating multiple accounts to abuse free trials or subscription limits is prohibited.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

  • Certain features require an active paid subscription ("Premium").
  • Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. See our No-Refund Policy for details.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.
  • Subscriptions do not auto-renew unless stated — you must manually renew to keep access.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
  • Use the Service to transmit spam, malware, or harmful content.
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Service without written permission.
  • Use automated scripts to abuse, overload, or disrupt the Service.

6. Third-Party Integrations

The Service integrates with third-party platforms including Google (YouTube), Telegram, and payment providers. Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms of service and privacy policies:

When you connect your YouTube account, you authorize us to use the YouTube API Services on your behalf in accordance with those terms. You can revoke this access at any time from your Google Account permissions page or from within the Service settings.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code within the Service is owned by or licensed to Nexus Bot Stream. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the Service without explicit written permission. You retain ownership of your own content (donation messages, custom labels, overlay configurations) stored through the Service.

8. Service Availability

We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We are not liable for any loss caused by downtime or interruption of the Service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in behavior that harms the Service or other users. You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data may be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, secure, or meet your specific requirements. Use of the Service is at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nexus Bot Stream shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cambodia.
